A graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University , Avia earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science and is a Certified Professional Nonprofit Consultant and Coach through UFS University.
She has built a reputation for empowering organizations with practical strategies, expert guidance, and innovative solutions that turn ideas into thriving businesses and impactful nonprofits.
Since founding Altitude in 2019, Avia has helped clients launch businesses and nonprofit organizations, develop business plans, secure grant funding, prepare competitive government and private-sector RFP responses, and create strategic growth plans.
